Ralph joined our team as a partner over two decades ago, building on a career foundation laid at a major construction firm and several design firms. He possesses a solid understanding of construction means and methods, allowing him to create designs that enhance constructability and material efficiency while pushing unique and innovative solutions forward.

Ralph leads the structural engineering group in our Calgary studio, where he oversees structural design, coordination, specifications, and construction inspection. He has been responsible for unique structural solutions in many different building types, including the recent University of Calgary Health Research Innovation Centre and the Heart Building at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
