LGM Financial Workplace

Industrial, retooled

Office & Workplace

LGM’s brand is integral to the company’s identity. This was represented throughout the open office environment by highlighting circulation and points of entry with the corporate yellow. The small nuances of the design decisions abstractly represent the core of LGM’s auto finance business. Upon entering reception, a high-end car showroom inspired the sleek and minimal design while the working areas took shape as a garage, with feature lighting representing a gear shift. The show stopper is the Volkswagen Beetle suspended sculpture, made out of hundreds of illuminated aluminum spun balls.

Guests step through the doors on the 4th floor into what feels like a prestigious automotive showroom. White polished concrete floors and automotive finished panelling make up the entry sequence.

All vertical circulation is highlighted in LGM’s corporate yellow to identify way finding throughout the tower.

On floors two and three, DIALOG created the feel of a high-end car garage. The polished concrete floors, industrial metal lampshades, and toolbox pedestals make work areas feel more casual.

Together, LGM and DIALOG developed a one-of-a-kind life-size Volkswagen car mobile made up of hundreds of spun aluminum balls.

The LGM eatery is located just off a 3,000 square foot open deck. The deck is kitted out with chess games, outdoor wet bars and a very thoughtful approach to urban landscaping.
